Hey just saw this. I can't bench 500lbs now. I used to be able to do it. I don't have a video either, sorry. The truth of the matter is that I haven't benched anything heavier than 220lbs/100kg in about 6 years. Both pecs are torn due to ego lifting, can't press anything heavy anymore, not even shoulder presses.
I was just relating to how repping 225 relates to an approximate 500 max. Whether I really did bench that doesn't really matter, it's not important to me.
