That's not the purpose of Getbig.   If you wanna learn how to train or eat, hire a trainer.  Most of us here already know how, and don't really find the subject interesting enough to discuss ad nauseam.  Getbig is for entertainment and to keep up on the happenings in the fitness "industry".

I've learned the word 'monster' can and should be used at every available opportunity.

Although I must admit, the first time I used "monster titties" in an intimate moment, the significant other was less than amused.
