A quick recommendation which has helped me: Get a rice cooker.

It's simply put awesome.

Just do it, you'll experience the benefits when you got it.

As far as the diet: Try bodybuilding.com and the nutrition section. What you need to do in general probably, is to overall improve your knowledge on nutrition, instead of living on protein and MRP drinks ;).

Good luck mang.

With a good, clean choice of food and balanced diet, you'll be pretty ripped by just adding more vegetables to the diet, which will automatically drop your intake of the other choices.

rice cooker, that's actually a good idea.

can you give me a 30 second rundown (or a link) how it would work for bodybuilding (eating it all day).

Like, how the cooker works, how long you can/should leave rice in for, cleanup, etc.

i'm completely inexperienced in this, but I would eat out of it all day if I knew what the hell I was doing.

Rob most rice cookers are automatic & easy to use. You just put the rice/water in it & then turn it on. You let it cook & then steam & then eat. For left overs we just keep the cover on it & put it in the fridge. It'll be fine for a day or two easy.
