That was the first training video I've ever seen. I believe I was 16 then, 2 years ago, training in my garage. I was soo motivated by this video! All of my workouts became so much more intense after watching it!

I found this video strangely depressing.

Here's a 300 pound behemoth in a police uniform sitting at a table by himself, eating plain chicken breasts flavored with K.C. Masterpiece barbeque sauce.  No conversation - just a TV playing in the background. He seems completely alone.  :(

i was thinking about this,, im a cop and i have no clue how the fuck he can do that job and train to be mr olympia.. your talking about one of the hardest jobs in the world and then all that training.. leaves no time for a wife or family
