gene's a fat man no doubt, but you can't deny that he's the strongest shirted bencher in the world, as well a tank. the guy's forearms are bigger around than probably 90% of getbigger's upper arms.

on the shirt debate, keep this in mind: scot mendelson has the raw record, and when he benches in a shirt so tight he needs over 1000 pounds to touch (there's a video of him being unable to get the bar down with 1031), he's still a few pounds behind gene.

by the way, the reason he always wears sunglasses is he's got eye problems that make him extremely light sensitive.

i heard that gene's dad is blind and gene takes care of him.

i guess eye problems run in the family.
