Everybody knows that Dorian is my all time favorite bbder. But to tell that Jay is a sloppy trainer or a lazy one is ludicrous, ridiculous....
All I have to tell you is go whatch ONE STEP CLOSER and pay attention specifically to his back workout. Examine how FAST he goes from one exercise to another, from set to another, and compare the weights he uses. He trains heavy as fuck for HIS STYLE - blood volume - and taking into consideration how fast is his rest time between sets.....the guy is a beast. Whatch the volume of his training...in that particular back workout he have probably done close to 8 f u c k i n g exercises, including deadlifts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About 4 or 5 work sets a piece.
I can't remember a lot of pros who could endure that kinda workout.
Now Dorian is the master of training. He just trains different from anybody else, with the strictest form of everyone else. It's absurd people who actually have the nerve to say that Dorian trained lighlty compared to Ronnie, because taking into consideration how perfect was his form compared to the weights used, he trained pretty , pretty heavy.
