can you imagine if your kid's role model was telling them about the efficacy of anadrol? Very toxic drug...Mike should have used better discretion.

just tell them to eat 250 grams of protein a day and to focus on brown rice, sweet potatos, and rolled oats, or explain what foods not to eat...as boring as that may sound

sorry i find this really hard to believe. i have spoke to him on several occassions and he was very reluctant to talk about his usage even when nobody was around.

Mike runs a pretty successful personal training business in Worthington, Ohio. He works out of the World's Gym there. He's smaller, but not tiny. His calves still look insane!!!! He is one of the nicest people you can meet
