I came across a pathelogical liar the other day.
I pretty much nodded at the outlandish barrage of lies, meanwhile laughing to myself at how sad it is to be that way.  These people usually have some major insecurity or they just get off on lying.  Either way, I never understand it.

What do people do when encountering such a specimen?

I sometimes like to lie so i can control people but usually i just inject some meth and flex my muscles and they run away scared.

alot of pathelogiacal Liars are also sociopath's...Bill Clinton is rumored to be one...Actually many politicians are sociopaths...They are the scum of the scum...And very dangerous soley based on the wealth that they have...A pathelogiacal liar with sociopath qualities and tons of wealth are the most dangerous people in the world...Unfortunately the world is run by them...

I have a friend who probably lies about 90% of everything going on in his life...Its actually comical to listen to him...If he had any balls he would be a sociopath...But the guy is afraid of his own shadow...Just a pathetic soul...

I know someone who has been like that their whole life, funny thing is even though he knows you know he is lying (most all his close "friends" and family members) he still does it non stop all day. Funniest/sadest thing though is when you go out with him and he meets your other friends or strangers and you have to warn them about it before hand so no arguments start or endless and pointless conversation based on lies. I mean you would probably not believe me if I made the entire list of outlandish things he has said and not swayed from for months at a time knowing all along he is bullshitting.

I was talking to a lad a bit back who told me he won the lottery jackpot. He was pissed off though because he said his house got burgled the same day and they stole his winning ticket.
