Never weighed myself at the show...but I would guess 240-45.

Is it easier (mentally) to come down in weight for guest appearances rather than for competition (after calling out every over 40 y/o competitor)?

Not by a long shot...it's MUCH tougher to get in shape when you dont have a competition coming up.
