This was emailed to me a little smaller. When I converted on youtube or photobucket it appears slightly larger and loses all picture quality. Any idea how I can post it smaller (in its original form)?

Why not include it on the video page of your own site and provide a link to it here. Drives traffic to your site too?

"ALL power comes from God," and "Phil 4:13" doesn't quite fit into the whole juiced up atmosphere $:-\$

But other than the blatant hypocrisy, that gym looks pretty hard core!
