haha if that's a ten, then those aren't 45s but 25s, and flex wheeler was 120lbs.

eh, maybe you're right. my gym's 10s are kinda big so that's what it looks like to me. either way it's between 425 an 455, which is a shitload to be inclining regardless.

It looks like he might have a 2 1/2 on the end there. I refer to them as mini washers (the 5s are "washers"), that would potentially bring our total to...................... .......460 lbs.
