. The most I've done is 315 for 2. Squats are not too bad - I've done 405 for a double or something (ass to the floor), but during my normal workout, I just do triple drops - 360 for 4 - 6, dropped to 225 for 8 - 10, dropped to 135 for about 8 - 10. Hahahahaha I'm a BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
