hgahahahahaa, seriously in that picture of him doing the "front lat spread" his arms look all of 14 inches, i'll bet his bench is realistically around 205 for 5-6.

i actually heard that he was working on his top end bench strength and locked 195 out from two inches down in the power rack.

Nah, Universal Studio, who bought the rights to project all the big screen flicks on his forehead sued the PD and won the case. So, Dan's gonna be the first human projector screen. Good stuff Dan
