For what reason does someone don a bandanna and leave the house?

When you are tying it around your fat head, what are you thinking?   Do you think to yourselves, "this will make me look badass. Everybody will get out of my way. This is what the Pros do."

Please, someone who wears a handkerchief on their head, enlighten me on this issue.

Brah, it fights sweat poisoning! Cant get huge if you are layed up with a sweaty forehead. You lose like .2 grams of the 5 gallons of water you drank.Thats fucking hardcore, man.

The bandanna is a hispanic thing. It was considered a tought guy look in the 70's when our country was infested with puerto ricans.

So basically people wearing it today are copying the people from the 70's who were copying the puerto ricans.

Maybe they just want to show some support to people having a chemiotherapy, or actually are themsleves having one.

Aren't they meant to keep the sweat from dripping into your eyes? I just bring a clean hand towel from home, the ones my gym supplies I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

when I was younger, I would wear a backwards cap for any physical activity---basketball, mowing lawn, and a bit later, I seriously got into running and I had to have the cap. After I started training, the backwards cap doesn't always work so well, especially on chest day.  I have to have something on my head, so I will wear a do-rag from time to time.  Plus my hair is a bit curly so it keeps it in check as well.
