when I was younger, I would wear a backwards cap for any physical activity---basketball, mowing lawn, and a bit later, I seriously got into running and I had to have the cap. After I started training, the backwards cap doesn't always work so well, especially on chest day. I have to have something on my head, so I will wear a do-rag from time to time. Plus my hair is a bit curly so it keeps it in check as well.
