Want to wish Patrick Arnold a welcome back!
It seems that Balco and the myriad of cases and people with it never ended. Patrick Arnold got caught up with it, and ended up doing three months in jail. On February 5th, 2007, this past Monday, Patrick got out. I had a nice talk with Patrick about life, liberties and business, and Patrick is going right back to work. He is coming out with some new products for ErgoPharm, which will have a booth at the Arnold Classic expo, and he will be at the Arnold Classic.
Patrick did plead guilty, for distributing three compounds, which were distributed to coaches and athletes, but never gave any name at all. The charge was for distribution of anabolic steroids, which by law they were not. But as part of the agreement, he plead guilty to that charge. It wasnt exactly right, but he got three months in jail, three month house confinement, and 2 years probabtin. That is much better than the case dragging on and on and on, costing hudreds of thousands of dollars, with a major jail term, agains the governments unlimited amount of money to set an example.
