I just saw him working out at my gym, World's in Burbank, Ca and he has a full head of hair! It was surreal because the gym was crowded and I was the only one to go up to him and say hi or even look at him. LA people are jaded about seeing celebrities or maybe no one knows who he is.

His legs are still huge but in a t shirt he looked a little smaller than I expected but still 3 times as big as anyone else there. I only saw the end of his leg workout. He did lying and standing leg curls and then standing calf raises. He didn't go heavy and rested at least 3 minutes between sets, nothing exceptional like in his videos.

sergio was considered a freak in his day, not aesthetic at all.

hopefully you waited until after his workout to speak to him. I hate when people interrupt my workout to ask for an autograph

you are right, if you look at the pics you will notice striations and veins on his pecs. No way he would have those in the off season

What bothers you is the fct that you have nothing of a body to comment on. So you trash anyone who has achieved what you haven't. You can not see Ronnies stomach in the phtots to comment whether he is bloated or not, so why are you bringing up stomach size??? There is not a single bodybuilder today without a distended ab...get over it already and forget about the bodybuilding world returning to the Shawn Ray vacuum stomach look...IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!

a long time ago, there was a local bodybuilding contest and the guest poser was chris cook. we talked to him and even had dinner with him later on. he said how almost every picture in any bodybuilding magazine is taken very soon before or in the couple weeks after the olympia.

I know he doesn't go heavy every leg workout, especially if he's not on camera. I missed the beginning of his leg workout anyway, so who knows what he did. He doesn't need any more size in his legs, that's for sure.
