No, it hasen't. Who told you that? The book is impeccable when it comes to reliability of statistical data, and the regressive analyses clearly shows that low I.Q is the most important reason for the poverty of Blacks.

We have a de-constructionist among us! Really? Then why is it that, despite 45 years of affirmative action and programs like "Head start", which invested one trillion Dollars in the education of Blacks, their poverty is roughly the same as it was 45 years ago?

I don't know if you are aware, but several genes for intelligence have already been identiied, and PET-scans clearly show that there is a relationship between brain size and intelligence, besides that high I.Q people's brains utilize less glucose while solving problems than low I.Q brains.
