Attention all Members. Please adhere to the rules:

GETBIG CODE OF CONDUCT

1. If you enjoyed being beaten as a child, POST YOUR PHOTOS.
2. When commenting on someone else's physique, find their biggest flaw and insert either the words 'BRUTAL' or 'MONSTER' directly in front of their lagging bodypart(s).
3. When in doubt, mock KAMALI.
4. Only mention supplements by name when accompanied by the term 'RIPOFF'.
5. Compliments are GAY.
6. When taking photos with pros, the most acceptable pose is the 'THUMBS UP' pose, followed closely by the simultaneous pointing fingers "YOU DA MAN" pose.
7. When insulted, limit your comebacks to a single sentence. A paragraph is considered a "MELTDOWN". Two or more could qualify as an "EPIC MELTDOWN".
8. When in doubt, praise LEVRONE.
9. CRAIG TITUS and KELLY RYAN are guilty until proven innocent here.
10. When posting your best lifts, the correct formula is: POSTED LIFT = BEST LIFT x 2 - 10%.
