Not the most under rated, but I always liked Jim Quinn back in the day.  I remember the ad he was in.  I believe it was for TwinLab(Gainers Fuel 2000).?

  Yes, these pics are recent. He tore his peck in 1991, when he was trying to bulk up to over 250 lbs to become competitive at the Olympia level. Big mistake! His frame cannot support that mass, and his aesthetics, his ace card, was at it's best around 235 lbs and would be ruined at a bodyweight above 250 lbs. As a 260 pounder, he would be a lousy mass monster; as a 230 pounder, he had crisp conditioning and superb lines...and still plenty of size. Haney was only 239 lbs for the 1990 Olympia, so I think Francis should have taken him that year.

In my opinion, Mike Mentzer never got the credit he deserved.  We all know what happened at the Olympia when, in my mind he was the clear winner.  Who knows what would have become of him if he was rewarded properly.  Sad to say, he was never the same thereafter.

strydom from earlier this year was waaaaay under rated, look at the condition he's in, you don't see that anymore, yeah his back is weak but he has every other BP and he's ripped like it's 1988.

As you say, he had no back, back in the day when it mattered and hvaing a 1988 physique does not cut it in 2007.  :(

I like the guy, so I'm just being honest.  Too bad there are no more masters shows for him to enter.  :'(
