As you discovered, anyone can view the list of VIPs--there is a link on the top level forums page, "View Forum Leaders." If they really wanted to keep this a secret they could (1) remove that link and/or (2) lock the page.

That's what I suspected all along. It's the banning you get when your not banned.. bit like a kneecapping.

Yep. There aren't many people on the list, though--at least it's not like they're shuttling everyone who they don't like onto the list.

Would be nice if Alexxx, Buttonman et al could post there.

I just met billy two days ago at the New Englands. We hung out during the show.

TBH with you, he is much more "normal" than I expected him to be (hahaha sorry billy

)...he doesn't talk like a sloth or drool on himself lol.
Most importantly, I think, he's a good sport and can laugh at himself and the rest of the shit on the internet.
He's competing in a couple of weeks for the fun of it and for the experience, and one thing's for sure, he has alot of enthusiasm! He's not out to be the next Mr. Olympia, but he sure does love the "sport."
