SO the update....
Word on the streets is that Billy Guns got super-dooper shit-faced this weekend, got into a little scuffle, and spent most of the rest of the weekend hungover.  Pics and video are late, consequently.  And his training has suffered a set-back. 
Alexxx, now is the time to make your move!

I will try to get billy to post some updated pics and video ASAP.

I will keep you guys updated.  I'm leaving town Weds for the rest of the week, tho, and I am not sure that billy will get the latest updates done by then.

hahaha  I am finishing up my "work" day.  Travelling for the rest of this week and not happy about it.   

I have technically started my prep, although it's starting slow. 
I did a bench press competition last weekend, so I didn't diet too hard before then.  I posted up a bunch of pics from it on the MD Board.   
I'm on the diet though, 15 weeks to go, should be plenty of time.  I HOPE.

I benched RAW and cleared 175 with a pause very easily.  
I failed on 190, which was the state record and would have been a personal best.

After all of the weight conversions/formulas, etc.  I lost by 0.175 pounds to a bigger girl who wore a bench shirt.  I should have skipped breakfast.

Thanks.  I gotta try a bench shirt.  I know alot of people think it's cheating, but you still need strength and technique to make it work right.  And I was the ONLY person at the meet who benched RAW...the only one!
And I'm pretty sure I could press 225 with a shirt and a little practice.

OK, I am a little embarassed...I don't like the off-season except that I can lift heavy!  hahahaha

Well, I already tried to tell the guys around here that I could own their asses in the gym LOL, but that didn't go over very well!
 
p4p I think I can hold my own.

To be fair, though, 110 is not exactly my off-season weight.
