He has indicated that he is now increasing his cardio to THREE times a day, including waking up at midnight for some cardio.

As promised, updated Billy Guns photos are available. I'll make an attempt at posting them...not sure if it'll work but I'll figure it out.

These are from 9 weeks out...I believe they were taken yesterday. Billy was nice enough to provide me with a leg shot too...
The legs need a little work, I'm afraid. $:-\$
The week-to-week changes appear to be....um......subtle?
