I disagree, he even admitted he didn't follow the rules. Lori posted the rules weeks ago, no excuses.

By saying I didn't follow the rules I meant not strictly.

As you can see I only barely trimmed my upperbody. I didn't bother to get a tan cause it is cloudy lately. No oil or supplements other then vitamins and protein 2 scoops of protein powder a day. Posing could use work so couls picture quality but hey like I said before I am not taking this too seriously. I did not even really diet for this.

Lastly I want to add that I am finding what is working for me and I will continue so.

Oh and one more thing..
