I just read the rules over at MD. Rip never specified time zone.

I would assume Billy would have his pics up by now, as it is past midnight in much of the world. So I am assuming it means Eastern time, which is what Billy is, I believe. That means he has 4 hours and 10 minutes to post them up, but I am sure he will chicken out.

Thanks for posting your pics alexxx!

While the rules specified the number and type of pics desired, it was also stated that no one would be directly disqualified for posting pics inconsistent with the rules, so long as a sufficient number of pics are posted.

The time zone also was not clear, sorry about that. But we're going with eastern time here...so Billy has two more hours to post pics.

Obviously, if he does not post pics in a little more than two hours, then alexxx will win. Let's wait and see what happens.
