amazing how he seems as insecure as a 120 lbs teen, even with all that mass; he almost feel sorry of what he is.

Tried to bring some excitement to shopping - and failed.  Just like the excitement of bodybuilding.

Definitely some serious psychological problem with the guy.

Interesting video. I always get a kick out of seeing some guy who literally looks like the HULK walking in everyday norm life.
   People are not staring or gawking at him 'cause they are used to seeing freaks in California, it's the norm. You no how many big guys there are walking around like that down there? My bet is most of those people at Costco have no clue who Jay is or what he represents to the sport of bodybuilding.
 

   Also is it just me or did his voice sound winded from walking, listen again guys. He sounds labored in his breathing. I don't care how cut he is those big assed muscles all that mass is just plain hard on the body's systems. these guys do not live long.
   I would like to look like that for a couple of days though just for fun.
