cmon shawn, your not obese!!!! watch "the biggest loser" thats obese, anyone with muscle has a high BMI and you know that, who is this dvd directed at??? hopefully not anyone that knows how BMI's work, and when you were fat you still have a better body then almost anyone that posts here

Also, I hope you didn't pay someone to design that dvd cover for you. It looks like the scribbling of a 6 yearold. At first glance it looks like it would be a children's story.

I'm sure I could learn something from this video but I'm getting that it's not for the average person.

maybe shawn has high standards cos he looks more muscular than the so called 'bodybuilders' at most gyms and with more mass... but i guess he is an olympian so that is 'out of shape' for him.

I had Lasik Eye surgery during themaking of the DVD even prior to that, my eye's have Always been "Light Sensitive." Dr. Michael Granberry from the Lasik Eye Spa in Beverly Hills, Ca performed the surgery for my Birthday last September, he also has done the proceedure on Monica Brant, Kevin Levrone, Kathy Le Francious, David Henry and others.

And yes, for me, I was obese due to lack of activity, not Morbid but high percentage of Body Fat to Muscle Ratio.

put it this way shawn... i understand wat u mean. when i got out of shape last year i was technically obese as well...people were like yea right! but i was.

i'm a huge fan man since back in the day!

also- is eye surgery worth it? i hate wearing contact lenses every day and also i hear the post-recovery can be very painful and the eyes are very sensitive to light afterwards.

The surgery is the best thing I ever did, with the exception of marrying my wife!

Couple of things:

1. Great idea for a video, but as pointed out you look better fat than 99% of getbiggers do lean.
2. Your forearms are non-existent but upper arms look to still be 19-20 inches. Nolitol or SEO residue?
3. You still look 25. Any chance you talk about the rejuvenating effects of gh in this video?
4. How hard was it to get back in shape with no particular goal?

I agree Shawn about the lasik surgery. It's one of the best investments and I've had it since early 2003.

Now Kevin Levrone doesn't have to squint anymore like he does in his bodybuilding videos
