Do you think that a natural ectomorph with a decent height (5'9-6'1") can still build good size?  Obviously it will be harder than a hormoned guy but if a guy like Wheeler were to just lift, could he still have built good size and had decent arms, back, delts?

yes,,they can build wonderful physiqe but it will not be anything over 180lb at 6-7% for a 5'9 guy,,and those are the VERY VERY LUCKY NATURAL LIFTERS!

but in general if you dont look at numbers you can build a nice body compeletly naturally if work at it

gh15 knows what he speaks off. for naturals its important to keep low body fat or they wont be impressive in general, cuz they cant impress with size they gotta impress with low body fat percantage. (im talking quality muscle)

definately...if you want to come down to very low body fat % its gonna be major muscle loss  the last couple of % down to very low body fat if your natural

dont be bummed out..you can look great on the beach for all the whores...im talking very low body fat % (as in competitive level %)...yeah after cutting there is def a rebound effect...just make sure to increase calories little by little...very unhealthy to put on too much weight after cutting (or competition) in just a few days.

not true..protein requirement increases when on neg caloric diet (if you wanna keep muscle)...

altho alot of people exaggerate it, specially when bulking..(then you need your bw in protein...but more during diet)
