I'm so sick of this 26 inch waist bullshit !!!! No way In hell is it even 30 inches. Hell, Shawn ray destroys him and would never even claim a 30 inch waist. In all fairness I can't say who even claimed that. If Melvin does than he's oblivious. Maybe complete idiots with no common sense would believe that crap. My point anyway is if he did have a 26 inch waist he still needs to put on another 15 pounds of muscle. He would not have to worry about his waist growing right ? Brian Buchanan's who was supposed to have a 26 or 28 inch waist looked like crap anyway, so It does not matter what your waist size is , it just matters how everything flows, and appears on the physique. While I'm on the subject, If Dexter jackson says he's in the 240 range or so He needs to have his head checked because he's not even that big offseason. I remember an Ironman contest that weighed everyone right there in front of everyone and posted all the bodyweights. Out of all the competitors, Dex was the only one who would not weigh in. exactly, Shawn claimed from his own mouth that his waist was 32 inches on an old episode of Flex Magazine workout, no way Melvin's is less than 30.

Melvin claimed a 28" waste a few years ago in a magazine(Supposedly,everyone knows they don't write them ) but I think it was before the Olympia on Bob Chics show he said 29".

I beleive it was back when he weighed 229-230ish. He has physique is like Flex Wheeler's, Brian Buchanan, and Jean Paul G., where they are blessed with very small joints and waists. So it is possible for him to hae a 26 inch waist at 5'8. And it looks it on his training video. Now his waist looks about 29" due to him going up alot in weight and to the Chad's help

Shawn Ray has diff genetics, he has a small waist, but if you look at the 1993 Olympia, Flex Wheeler had a smaller waist than Shawn did.
