It's not true, a lot of people here in Europe and America are very clean wash their hands.
Look at france for excample they have a bidee beside the toilet were you can wash your genital are after taking a dumb

yes but you see the problem here is that not everybody is extremly clean, I know a lot of people who go to the toilet and NOT wash their hands, now if they have use Toilet paper there is a small chance that their hands are relativly clean, but if you used your hand and not wash them after you are finished (even if you use water to clean your ass) that would be even worse.
You and me know there are millions of people out there that see nothing wrong in not washing their hands ever.

no no no, we don't wash Shit away here, what we do is we go for a dump, we take toilet paper (so that the hands don't touch shit since that is a seriously harmfull bacteria) we wipe the ass clean (trust me you can get it clean... maybe you have to wipe 4-5 times with different paper) THAN some pigs don't wash their hands.

In India (at least I assume so) you take a dumb you wash your ass with water and your hand and THAN some pigs don't wash their hands.

You country is by far not poor, I mean Simbabwe is not poor but blessed (or cursed it depends on the way you look at it) with insane richness.
You know I'm not bashing you or your country, but I have seen stuff and read report (pretty unbiast) about indian, and there are millions who do not have enough to life, and yes one problem is of course over population, if there would be less people to take care of you government had a easier life.
