I can not, I barely manage 100Kg, I suck at benching and long arms are not an excuse.
Who is that?

Squat 600 ::)

actually the squat i believe for one rep it's the lying extensions and behind the neck press i have a hard time with.

What exactly does 6X10(600) mean

6 sets of 10 reps totally 600 (ie 100 lbs per set?)

No way he could one rep max 600...I was as impressed as anyone with his transformation, but, if he could even squat 225 with good form i'd be surprised.

come on man 225? Mike is a big dude, i'll gaurantee when he was at his biggest at 300 he could do 600 for a singe a couple of inches high, shit my frame isn't as big as Mike's, i'm 5'11" 234 and i can do 545 for 5 right to parallel, it's the small muscle movements that i don't believe like the 315 extensions and presses behind neck.

How many pros on this site could beat those numbers?

Bob Chick?

Lee Priest?

Toney Freeman?

Maybe they could match him on one exercise but none are all around as strong.
just push some weight!

lol at the lying extensions

315 isn't even humanly possible.

the most ive seen was 225 on a bench, using the skull crusher technique, and even then he had to have someone hold down his legs so he wouldn't flip over

if he lied about even ONE exercise, then what makes you think he didn't lie about everything

Chest Flat bench press 500
Chest Incline press 5x10 (405x4)
Behind the neck press 5x8 (315)
Lying extentions 5x10 (315x6)
Squats 6x10(600)
Bentover rows 5x10 (405)

Shoulders: 54"
Chest: 50"
Arms: 20"

what does Squats 6x10(600) mean?

600lbs for 10 reps, 6 sets?

that would be monster, Mike's leg development would indicate this may not entirely be true.
Here comes the money shot
