Goodrum does entertain. Now he claims he did an 'air guitar' pose or routine to 'entertain' the crowd at the last contest. His frowning suggests he is not a clown but was uncomfortable on that stage. If Triple H is right and the crowd is laughing then that really is sad.

There really is no one else like Goodrum. The guy is oblivious.
