Back in the 80's it was said that a person would need to train for a good 5 yrs. w/dedication to the lifestyle of bb'ing to be able to develop the mass needed to compete at the national level in the states.TA you've stated that you've been training for 9 yrs. if I remember correct?If that's the case then you have very poor genetics. I've seen people walk into gyms & within 2-6 mnths display much better results that what you show on these boards for someone w/9 yrs. of training.

Phoun Phouvalan is a Pro Bodybuilder who has been training about 20 years.  He is 5`9 157 and looks Awesome!

i disagree with that, show me a guy with 2-6 months in the gym who has the development that Adonis shows in that picture of him hitting the side chest and i'll show you the biggest genetic freak of all time.

thanks, man. i switched to sumo for my upcoming meet, since it's an equipped thing and i get more out of a suit sumo than conventional. but still, if it's to be an actual getbig challenge that got met, i'll switch back and see what i can do.

adam, i know you're kinda dense, but watch again. i shook, but the lift was smoked. there's a difference. it's your move.

picture b: what appears to be 565, straps, bar incredibly uneven, not remotely locked out.

600 pounds requires SIX 45s, moron. you have five 45s and what looks like a 35 =  565. you'd need two 10s and a 2.5 to make 600 from that, and as blurry as that is, you obviously don't have that on there.

pictures don't mean shit. you said a youtube challenge. post a video or concede your loss. no straps, the lift has to be completely, PL rules. that means if you hitch the bar up your thighs, the lift doesn't count.

i'm not sure if it's a 25 or a 35. if it's a 25 i'm almost positive i could match it. a 35? that's a little trickier.

regardless, he made it a youtube challenge. i don't care if he has a picture of him deadlifting 9 plates per side. without video, he LOSES.

you have one week, adam. within the week you should be able to squeeze in a max-effort deadlift. if you top 510, then it's back to me again.

Dumbell flyes are a moronic lift as the tension is only at the bottom of the lift and less than 3/4th of the way in it gets incredibly easy.

Describe your form please. I've seen most people perform this in a manner that is more like a press. The db fly shouldn't have any break of the elbow and involve nearly 0% of the triceps (picture hugging a tree). Anything short of that and it isn't a proper fly.
