Sometimes I wonder if people have got any sense at all...

(1)  Squadfather is OWNED because he  ridiculed me and called me weak and w/o a good physique and I PROVED him wrong on BOTH counts!  I challenged him to a lift which is universally accepted as an excellent test of overall body strength with a little bit of athletic ability thrown in.  Gimme me a break will ya!???  How long does it take to learn the Clean and Jerk lift...a couple of weeks at the most!?  Why hell, when I was in my late 20's, I could power clean and push press 340 lbs. at a bwt. 210 lbs!  Sadly, this was a “gym lift” so, I chose a lift at a time/place/age where I had the DOCUMENTED proof of its authenticity.  The only thing Squadfvcker can “document” is that he is a druggy windbag!!

(2) Oh me, what ignorance of photography!!  The pic. was taken with a non-digital camera for an indoor time exposure (non-flash) pic. with AVAILABLE LIGHTING (duhhh…the lighting tint was “yellow” cuz of the YELLOW overhead light bulb in the closet…duhhh!!) and I used a high-speed ektachrome color transparency film.  You need to take Photography 101!!!

(3) If merely asking Squadfvcker to match my lifts performed as an all-natural teenager, long before I reached my peak strength, as compared to some “juiced-to-the-gills”, mature adult BB, outweighing me by at least 50 lbs….then, the only “meltdown” is Squadfvcker's COWARDLY inability to match this "mediocre" 340 lb. C&J lift DESPITE all of his UNFAIR advantages!

(4) Gee, you revel in “unfairness” don’t you!?  Sort of unfair/dumb to ask a 67 year old (long past his youthful peak of strength!) to show up in the gym and try to outlift a 30-odd year old isn’t it??!  However, the FACT CLEARLY REMAINS that a “juiced-to-the gills”, mature adult, BBer, outweighing me by 50 drug-bloated pounds, cannot match my feat of strength as a mere 19 yr. old, all-natural, 185 lb. CHILD/TEENAGER…sort of PATHETIC isn’t it??!

(5)  Your stupidity/ignorance is exceeded ONLY by your stupidity/ignorance!!!   Duhhh…uhhh…”modifiers” or “formulas” such as the Sinclair Formula, Sinclair-Malone-Meltzer Formula, or the Hoffman Formula, are used ALL THE TIME to determine the best, or most outstanding, lifter award for an Olympic weightlifting or Powerlifting competition because there are several different weight-classes!   It would be grossly unfair to the competitors without these very modifiers/formulas!  You are TRULY a fvckin’ IDIOT...we are not talking about BB contests, but weightlifting contests!!

Another BIG question, though, is how do you compare the relative strength levels of an all-natural lifter vs. a juiced lifter?   Obviously steroids/GH give the juiced lifter a very UNFAIR ADVANTAGE in strength over the all-natural lifter…but how much (Chris, do you have any input here…I've heard an added 1/3)?!

1st off............Meltdown of Epic proportions.  2nd I know about photography clown.  Make all the excuses that you want, Your photographic paper is yellowing due to time fool.  Those pics look like pics from the early 80's where the bath/wash used to cure the pictures was different than todays.  Hence the yellowing.  Maybe you should have used Fuji Film?  Maybe you're a nutjob who has a photolab in his trailer cough I mean Mobile Home.

Last Here Is my challenge to you.  Take a picture and post it holding this weeks sports illustrated.  And you can use your shitty yellow picture paper.

there are two huge pieces of evidence that expose this to be BS.

1) sarcasm's account didn't get "deleted". the password got changed so he couldn't access it. that's why his posts are still there and he's not listed as a "guest".

2) he posted in the "getbig questions and complaints" board immediately that he couldn't access his account, the new name was registered, from what i gathered, simply to try and get someone to tell him what happened to his other account. there is no indication there was an "agreement".

1/ ...I'm not very internet savvy, I used the words "delted/froze" in reference to Sarcasm's account. I don't know the intricacies of exactly how it was done. Suffice it to say his account was taken away from him.

2/ ...Sarcasm started using Squadfather immediately... Ron didn't pm him an explanation to an account Sarcasm no longer had any access to, obviously... now, if Sarcasm had checked his email before he started posting as Squadfather we may well have never seen Sarcasm again. Guess the kid just didn't take the hint. It's very telling that Squadfather/Sarcasm/Heckler aren't addressing any of my claims.

Just got back from St-Louis for business crap.

Against all odds, I trained with The Most Stalked Man on the internet. I was expecting a 14 year old to show up and having wasted my fucking afternoon driving outside of town with the rental car but instead I got the baskeball shoulder training from fucking hell.

Hearing all the subtle sarcastic comments & live owning tinty tits all over the gym floor was just priceless.

The worst part is that the fucking asshole is in shape and larger than life. As much as I respect Mindspin, Duval and all the others trying to expose him, sad to say, he's for fucking real, I can hear all the tiny tits hopes collapse while reading this. I used to be one of them but after a couple of back to back sets of 225 military press followed by lateral raises and a 10lb hitting the back of my head, my bodybuilding mind doesn't know what to say.

I'm standing there at 252 on a 5'9" frame and the fucker must be 5'10"-11" 235 with decent abs showing, mid 30's and nothing to stop him anytime soon. I'm hitting 30 this year and hope if I'm anything close to that piece of shit 6 years from now, I'll be high fiving midgets just fo the fun of it.
