im still eating a good amount of food 4-5000 or so but doing 2 hours of cardio, i like cardio cause it is my chance to reflect on life and think about people on getbig and how fat everyone is hahaha

Just a hint.  Being skinny or lean doesn't mean you are healthy.  I am very overwieght right now but I would match my blood tests with you any day.  I have no numbers over the median.  My cholesterol was 114 last time.  My glucose is 90 which is okay but can be lower.  Considering my size I am vwery healthy inside because I never drank alcohol or smoked or did anything bad.  My blood pressure two weeks ago at the doctors office was 130 over 80.   I know ultimately I am unhealthy at the moment cause of the weight but it is temporary.
