Brown sugar , jam , maple (flavoured) syrup

I love having these combanations of sugars on my breakfast , now i know sugar is a no no but is it really that bad having a tablespoon or whatever with breakfast or is still just as fatening that time of the day

If not whats a good substitute that actually tastes good?

actuall having sugars in the morning is good, to replenish glecogen levels from the night !

nope , everyones like that , whats the big diff between that and oats?  they flavour to whatever , both low gi

im gluten/lactose fucktolerant  :-[
