well given that adonis is incapable of adding up plate weights (his picture with 565 he repeatedly insists is 600), then we can deduce that each of those numbers are around 40 pounds high. then reminding ourselves that he wasn't close to locked out with the 565 pull, and that the only lift he actually finished was 500 even, we can knock off another 60 pounds or so. so that leaves us with a 270 bench, 400 squat, and the 500 pull. the squat still seems high, to be honest.
or we could use the "how to lie and make it believable" theory of the internet. what you do is make up a number that's high enough to be respectable, but not so high that you'd never see it in your average gym. good numbers are mid 300s for the bench, high 400s for the squat, mid-high 500s for the pull. since people who actually back their shit up (read: me) can do that and no one thinks it's monumental, the easy defense is "dude if I was gonna make shit up, I'd pick way better lifts."
