how are you owned by getting a PM? I got one weeks ago and didn't say jack and I still havent' said what the PM concerned, it just referenced some things that came up earlier in the thread, I don't know if I believe them or not. It's not about you working with Palumbo or doing GH or whatever.....just that certain things are not what they seem to be. I honestly don't know what darth or magoo is talking about. The PM was out of the blue so I didn't say anything but now with all this other stuff, I'm just saying someone contacted ME, not the other way around.

don't know if it's true, don't really care if it is or isn't, I just found it funny.

the person who gave it to me asked me to keep it private and since I've got a shred of integrety I will.

if I cared that much I would have posted it weeks ago when certain things were going on with this site and the MD site but since it's not me or about me I didn't think it was my place.

I just found it funny that all of a sudden other guys are getting PM's which may or may not be from the same person.

Like I said, don't know if it's true, don't really care. If I did I would have posted it when it made sense to post it but I didn't, now it's kinda a subject that doesn't need to be addressed.

magoo..thats the worst bench form i ever saw. put your ass and back on the bench and stop pushing with your legs. it aint a squat.

jesus, you even filmed yourself, saw it, and still have shit form.

proper form you will loose 50lbs at least. but keep training your ego...those of us who train for real need the gym space after you injure yourself.

it's a "powerlifters" bench....not for BB, the form for that particular sport is not that bad.

He gets free species supplements and has got a free MD subriscription for his efforts in tryign to promote the MD site. Most of the Adonis/MD feuds were made up esp the derek anthony fight.

I did think that Valvolino was going off a little bit too much in MD about the "fight," getting all worked up about it and making it sound monumental. This would make sense now.

Of course you dont' have a "subscription" but you do get the magazine mailed to your mothers house, a subscription would mean that you pay for it so it's just a matter of semantics. It would not be in MD's best interest to admit anything about your "relationship" with them.

Just got another PM with a bunch of additional information, the source is credible and let's just say all is not as it seems with some of the stuff that has been posted here. The funny thing is I'm not even asking for the information, people are just giving it to me.
