new training plan for 2007:
- stop lifting weights
- stop eating
- 5 hours of cardio a day
- go to the bookstore and buy books about nazi germany. skip to the chapters on concentration camps. cut out pictures and create a "wall of inspiration" and compare myself to the people in them each and every day.
- get a tan
- wait until body weight is under 150 lbs
- shave head
- compete naturally

actually it went like this:
-Train 5x a week
-Eat 6 meals a day
-1 hour cardio a day
-went to getbig and found pics of Halloween
fagman and posted it up on the wall of "get as far away from this physique" and compared to each day. and i won!
-got a tan
-wait until bodyweight was 182 pounds
-shaved head
-compete
naturally some things wouldn't qualify.
all in all thanks for trying. you got 2 right...
