I read lots of drivers and fans aren't too happy with Toyota's involvement in NASCAR.

Well, look at your stereotypical average nascar fan... They like the US 3... that's just what they like... That's their right... I think Toyota will put a lot of money into Nascar though and Nascar needs some kind of "injection"

God forbid Rousche loses his monopoly on the sport.

They don't want Toyota there because they have the money and ability to absolutely dominate the sport, which is what they're afraid of.

Toyota kicked out Ford out of the US 3 top brands.

I doubt they could do that if they were making crapcars.

My guess is that Toyota will be the biggest brand in the USA within 3 years.

I'm sure they'll win the NASCAR within 3 as well.

why are they a cheater?

It was a Toyota car that was discovered with the jet fuel residue on it.

That's cheating.

When did they find this?

Did they find Jet Fuel in the tank?

Did they find Jet Fuel in the tank?

they found it after michael waltrips qualifying run.

it's an additive used in jet fuel.  supposed to make the car run better, more horse power.  it obviously didn't work either.

i don't like the toyotas myself, a traditionalist i guess.
i don't think they will ever compete at the level of ford or chevy.

it's not going to matter anyway once the COT is full time.

Please, I fogot the the name of the guy who basically wrote the rules of "cheating" back in good ol days of Grand Am. he lightened the cars, acid dipped them, all types of stuff.

I hope Toyota tears up Nascar so much so, that people will be pissed off at NASCAR and start watchin F1 or German DTM

Didn't Porche try the Indianapolis 500 out for a few years then quit out of frustration?
