is there any point in doing d-bol on its own?

hey fellas i read this article:

since its an oral and doesnt seem to have bad side effects seems ok (i am on the high body fat side now so wouldnt try it for a long time...anybody got some spare clen to help this poor fellow lol)

but anyway thought to get ur opinions... im also assuming there is no way to get test thru an oral without destorying the liver...so sad!

ps- so arnold just used d-bol 10 mg per day and a bit of test? interesting.

also wats the best dosage? 10 mg too low?

i tend to get massed fine but bodyfat is always a lil high... would love to be a smaller version of the 70's pro's physiques....that would be my aim.

You could do a dbol only cycle, but you will get shut down. This kind of cycle is not recommended. You should add test, cause your own natural test production will cease. A dbol only cycle will make you stronger, and bigger, but can come with lots of sides. Sides that might not make the cycle worth it in the end.

Your blood levels bounce like a ping Pong ball on orals only. THat a invitation to the most bad sides.
Some kind of a IM along for the ride smooths that out.
But Hey, people do it. 1st cycle Ive seen plenty of the asian guys gain 6-10lbs or so of new muscle on 2 anabols a day for 6-8 weeks 1st time out. Skinny ass, hard gainers who dont eat well @ that.
Dont expect that trick to work twice.
Are there better , healthier ways? Yay.
And-No matter what, you got to Train, you got to EAT!

Dbol can be a zit problem for some. Watter bloat maybe, not me.
Dbol shuts a guys nat levels down FAST. THAT IS a prob for a inexperienced user for sure.
As 4th alludes, you can easily end up doin the 2 steps back, after 1step forward thing if you dont know what your doing.
Maybee you want to just wait a while?  They been makin the shit since the 1960s, not going to stop next week.

Don't do it!

I had some dbol's left over from a previous cycle, and I thought "well, it can't hurt".  I took them for several weeks, felt good, strong etc.  But when I came off, I lost 10lbs in weight, my bench went down 40lbs, and my test levels hit the floor.  I also got a little gyno.  I would never, ever do dbol on its own again.

Short answer - There's not really any point to it.

However, I've known a few guys who've taken it like a supplement with o-k results but I wouldn't recommend that.

abit of test????? i wanna do some real mild shit like the 70's bodybuilders would have taken.

yes i will not take it any time soon i want to get back into the full swing of lifting...but would love some advice cos i know the people i know dont know jack shit. let me know fellas

ps- i eat six times per day clean, protien in each meal, and lift heavy compound movements and work out with the intensity of 'i am training for the olympia' in other words...'i fuckin love working out'!!!

I agree...you absolutely need to reach a certain level of training before you ever start down the "alternative" route.

Dbol only or even Dbol with other things: doesn't matter, in the end, I believe dbol is not all it's cracked up to be. Great initial gains, strong strength and size increase, yes...that is a given. But even with everything else in line, I've found that my cycles are just as effective without it. The cycle I'm on right now is the first cycle I've ever run without any orals, and I'd consider it to be my most productive cycle to date. No, I have not made as big of a jump in weight as I do if I run an oral at the front end, but I feel these gains so far are far more stable..."real" gains to be more specific. I'm not saying I'll never use orals again, I'll still use some at the end of a diet for the hardening effect...but that will most likely be the extent of it.

Yeah I do all the big compound lifts and train in that style...but i am no way near my natural potential...i think its cos i read that info on that link, a couple of buddies talked about how they did it,  and then thinking of how i would really want my physique to be....i got carried away.

Some idiots advise to do D-bol only cycles.

I've never seen them work on anyone, even hardgainers who bulk up on D-bol by itself lose it all once they come off.

One trainer I work with, an eighteen year old, was stupid enough to do this.

Now he's smaller than he was before the cycle.

thanks DIV, thats one of the reasons i asked cos some guy who had it was like take it...and after i read that link i thought maybe on its own (the thought of injectables makes my stomach turn).

First off this guy dont even use roids so how would he know?

Second I have done d-bol cycles before alone and had great results,So its up in the air.If someone said that movie sucked and another said it was good,your in the middle and 9 times out of 10 youll go see the movie.

there is nothing wrong with doing d-bol only cycles,of course there are better things out there like test


why would anyone give advice on gear if they dont use?

I think that if you´re not ready to stab yourself, you are not ready to use.

BTW: it hurts insanely (even with smaller needles), you can kill yourself trying to inject and it´s only a small step from becomming a junkie...
Remember now it hurts INSANELY!
The pain stays for 6-7 weeks from 1 injection, standard.

Nice post. I don't agree with your "numbers" but I do think you should reach your natural potential before experimenting with anabolics.
