What can you say about my frame?

Its a widely believed myth that "body type" is about flesh rather than bone, so in the popular misbelief: skinny = ecto, muscular = meso, fat = endo, but body type is really mostly about bone structure, and all 3 types can be skinny, muscular or fat.

Ectomorph.why?
Endomorph.why?
Be honest guys

don't get down and stick the basics and be consistant, when you compare pics in 1 yrs time you'll be very happy i'm sure!

I have not bothered to look at your pictures.  Perhaps you could describe your frame to me, and then we will go from there?

You're an ecto-endo, if that's even possible.

Why? Because a) you have the muscle-size of an ectomorph b) overall, there isn't much fat on you to be considered an endomorph, but there is enough not to be called a straight-up ectomorph. So, we combine the two and hey-presto!

My advice: Eat, eat, and when you can't eat, just eat some more. High protein and moderate carbs, with a little fat. Junk food is not the way. Good luck!
