My girlfriend bought the latest MD for me; I would never be caught contributing to fag Blechman's coffers...Anyway, in Melvin Anthony's column he states that he used to superset flat bench with incline bench, non-stop, 405 for ten on each! Why lie like this? It's an insult...Give us all a break! Eneough of the bullshit! No wonder Craig Titus hit this guy...I want to hit him now also!

That was a typo. It was actually 405 for 4 sets of flat and incline flyes supersetted.

It's a ton of weight for someone who weighs (I'm guessing) 250 in the off season...How many pro's can do 405 for 20 on the flat bench?

Try 275, but since he is on the Chad Program, try about 285. So I guess 405 is reasonable. He was putting up some respectable weight on his video. So i can see it.
