So if these poundages are right, it would be the same thing as him flat benching 405 for 10. then taking a 10 second break and then knocking out another 15 reps on the same flat bench....25 total reps on the flat bench with 405 with only one break for 10 seconds....No way that is going to happen...
First of all it is never said how many sets Melvin did total. As it stands all we know is he said he supersets chest with 405 pounds on the bench and incline according to massonmass. At 280 pounds off season and plenty of juice I am sure he can do a set of 405 bench and then go right to incline for a set of the same. Does he then take a rest and repeat this cycle one, two or three more times? We are not given a clue as to the EXACT format of his work out. I personally believe his workout routine. I at 250 pounds can bench 315 for reps and then go to the incline for reps...I then have to stop and recharge before i repeat this, because I am not on the juice or any other energy boosting products. BTW my 250 pounds is NOT all muscle but I can handle the 315. Now if I can do that I am sure Melvin at 250 of rock muscle or 280+ pounds of off season muscle can handle this easily. So far as the disbelievers on this thread go...IT IS ALL JEALOUSY YOU GUYS, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO IT!!!!!! DON'T HATE THE PLAYER...LEARN AND WORK TO BE ONE

nothing is fking jealously...The way it is written is that he does a set of 10 reps on the flat and then goes over and does a set of 10 reps on the incline in one superset....Well to me thats 20 fuking reps...I said that if he can do that then he should be able to knock out 25 reps if he was to just do one set on the flat alone...I added 5 more reps to the flat for most can flat more then they can incline...I don't have a fking jealous bone in my body...But i know for a f king fact that this guy can't do 20 to 25 reps with 405...And your 315 isn't anywhere near 405(that is apples to fking oranges)..ok meltdown over

come on Melvin 405 for ten on flats and incline supersets? i don't even think Ronnie can do that, i might be able to see 315 but not 405.
dude if you think that their is a huge diff/between flat bench and incline bench then you are retarded..95% of anyone that trains chest can flat bench more then they can incline bench..With that in mind, if Melvin is flat benching 405 for 10 reps and then jumping right into(super setting) incline with 405 for 10 reps then you are a complete idiot to think that he shouldn't be able to atleast flat 405 for 20...I say their is no way he would be able to...Thats it...
Now I see your problem...You are STUPID and don't know a thing about weight training....OK...It is clear to me now. Get over your JEALOUSY/LOVE HATE REALTIONSHIP WITH MELVIN and get to the gym. i am sure you will find some guys in there who will do the 405 bench and incline in a superset fashion and it will shut you up once and for all.Come back to the board afterward and be prepared to apologize.
