yes, Joe Bucci...great peaks, I dont' think he competed in the late 80's but he was always popping up in some magazine for something. he was in a couple of advertisements for the "arm blaster"

Arnold had a fantastic peak on his right arm...but look at his left one $:-\$ .

Ronnie has them both covered:

and his biceps had much more definition to boot. He had that freaky "double peak" that comes from having visibly split biceps.
