Got some free supplments - threw them away

On the weekend I got BSN NO Explode, Dymatize Expand and Dymatize Liquid Speed.  After reading the warnings and seeing some reviews from people who experienced dizziness,chest pains,irregular heart beat,diarrhea, vomiting, anxiety, headaches - I threw the crap in the rubbish...

I think BSN NO Explode is fcuking nasty. I got that from the ASC last year, got home and tested it, Pure bullshit. I won't take samples anymore ;D

Hahahah you mean you didn't try any of the powdered diarrea? Yeah i usually drink 3 cups of coffee a day with some green tea pills and tea for my energy.

wtf?  i remember my teachers in grade school talking about how they needed their morning coffee or they couldnt make it through the day.  and they are all like 45 years old or more.

Yes - actually I drink 2 cups of tea and 1 coffee a day.  When keeping the carbs lower than 100 grams a day I need a little boost.

I did the same with the free stuff from the olympia..  I banned the protein bars from my house because my wife would consume all them there chemicals.
