i did..7ish weeks ago..my first squat workout in 5 yrs..i struggled with 225 for 10..

i got 315 for 4 last workout  8)

gonna be doing 405 by summer  8)
and unlike bezerkfury..i'll post a video to prove i am who i say i am! :)

I couldn't care less as to who you think I am. It's the internet for a reason. I, am however, enjoying the fact that I'm running the life of a 30 year old "college professor" from a computer in CT.  ;D

I think you should just filter the words that are objectionable, and leave those smart enough to figure out how to get around the filter alone as a reward for their ingenuity!  :D

This forum does have double standards when it comes to slurs directed at blacks. If you're gonna be selective about what stuff you deem offensive, then trash the whole politically correct nonsense and allow people to say whatever the fuck they want.

I remember I had a post with "n iglet" in it and it was deleted, most likely by mindspin, who seems to have a soft spot for racial slurs directed at hispanics and blacks.
