If a company as big as Puma wanted to hire a bodybuilder for marketing purposes, then they would have sent an entire research team to scour the professional ranks, surely?

Without being disrespectful to KK, there are more commercially acceptable bber's?  What about Gunter or Jay, with the 'blond hair, blue eyes' look.  Or one of the rising stars like Martinez or Phil Heath?

You're saying he has points on this deal; aka a percentage of the gross sales? I find that unbelievably hard to believe. I don't think Jordan, Tiger Woods, Armstrong, etc, have that type of deal.

If they're going after the guido market, those guys wouldn't work. 


Even Bob, with his italian heritage, doesn't do the "greasy guido" thing very well.


If that's their target market, KK's their man.

King is controversial... He brings attention and drama to the boring ass sport of bodybuilding. He looks like a hard ass, prettyboy guido. He is the perfect canidate. The reason they didn't pick a black guy is because that is not Puma's target customer. Im sorry but black peeps dont really like puma. They wanna enter the competitive world of fitness along the likes of under armor, nike, etc, as mainstream athletic clothing. Cutler is taken with Jordan, King is the next best choice.
