As to the steroid question I don't think so,but maybe.I remember back when they did a piece on him in Musclemag he said he had never had a "Happy Meal"...I believe his father just crammed the whole good nutrition and exercise lifestyle down his throat like many religeous fanatics do the bible with their children. Well, he has problems with the high dosis.
Medically proven is that 300mg of niacin are enough on a daily basis. Given the fact that he also eats other stuff during the day, he will get way more than his 500mg, which are already too much.
If he supplements with 'just' 300mg, he can never get too low yet will get more than enough.
