First "BAD" stick
« on: February 21, 2007, 04:13:22 PM »
Well it was bound to happen sooner or later. . . .  Hit my right Glute with 500Sust, 300Deca, and 200EQ on Monday and it felt just as every other stick has felt. . Fine that night, Fine the next day (yesterday) and then I woke up this morning and it hurts like a MOFO. . . Its not red, swollen, bruised or "hot to touch"

Feels like I got hit in the ass with a 2x6

Oh well

Tomorrow I'll hit either a pec or delt.

Hot to the touch? That's not usually a good sign. I've had pain & a little bruising but never swollen & hot to the touch. You don't have a fever do you?

LOL John, I don't need crutches. . . Or Vic, Shit I am not taking anything for it, so I guess it isn't really that bad.

You know what it feels like is when you bruise your tailbone.  Thats exactly what it feels like.

I know...but work has kicked my ass so I'm trying to actually look busy & be on the boards at the same time. Apparently I'm not so good at either today.  :-\

Yes, mid 40's today, about half the snow is gone.

Central Florida here, it was about 75 degrees!
It was nice and chilly last week highs in the 50's lows in the 20's , but I hate it once it gets even close to 70.
I am always warm, except maybe when I go up to Mass or Maine during the holidays. I don't think  I would ever be able to handle DNP.
