my weedays i work in the morning... i usually dont eat breakfast...cause im so tired in the morning i sacrifice breakfast time for half hour more sleep..
lunch time on the job.. i eat 1 piece chiken and chips.. a drumstic or a breast..
drivehome.. my gym partners are at my home parke up waiting for me...
i change... go to the gym..
after that i eat another meal....
im carribean so it could be
rice and peas and chicken...
or just meat and hard food which would be like dumplins yams etc..
